World's first 1080Hz gaming monitor: HKC ANT275PQ MAX

LAS VEGAS, CES 2026 — HKC has officially unveiled the ANT275PQ MAX, the world’s first 1080Hz gaming monitor, designed specifically for esports professionals and high-refresh performance enthusiasts. This 27-inch Fast TN panel monitor supports a groundbreaking dual-mode setup: 1080Hz at 720p and 540Hz at 1440p (QHD) — pushing the refresh rate boundaries for competitive displays.

Backed by the cutting-edge DisplayPort 2.1 UHBR20 interface, the ANT275PQ MAX delivers an uncompressed, ultra-high frame rate experience. This port supports up to 80 Gbps of bandwidth, making it possible to transmit 1080Hz at 720p without quality compromise. To leverage these speeds, users will need top-tier GPUs like the NVIDIA RTX 4090 or AMD RX 7900 XTX.

HKC’s decision to use a Fast TN panel reflects a clear focus on response time and motion clarity over wide color angles, a tradeoff esports players will appreciate. Unlike IPS or OLED panels, TN panels offer lower latency, critical in games like CS2, Valorant, and Apex Legends.

With esports optimization at its core, the ANT275PQ MAX enters a new refresh era — going beyond Samsung’s Odyssey G6 (1040Hz) and pushing the envelope ahead of TCL CSOT’s 1000Hz+ concepts also showcased at CES 2026.

HKC, through its AntGamer sub-brand, has also introduced companion models like the M10 Ultra (RGB Mini-LED, 1600 nits, 4788 dimming zones) and M9 Pro (AI-powered image processing, 5K resolution) to round out its performance display lineup.
