We understand how important it is that you have your dream PC in your hands as quickly and as safely as possible. Because of that, we pay special care and attention to our shipping process.
Once you've completed your order, our dedicated shipping team starts working on your PC, packing it securely to safeguard it during transit and moving things as fast as possible so you can get your PC without any delays. We also offer a range of shipping options, from standard delivery to fast shipping.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Sirius Power PC, LLC will give a full refund (excluding shipping as we cannot refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items and items purchased with points are not eligible for a return.
Any points earned for the purchase of the item or items being returned will be removed from your account
Sirius Power PC, LLC will not issue refunds for products purchased through any entities besides siriuspowerpc@protonmail.com such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.
Items eligible for refunds or exchange must not be damaged in any way other than the condition the item arrived to the customer in, this includes scratches, dents, burns, etc.
If an item was received with any issues like scratches, dents, burns etc… It is customers’ responsibility to take photographed proof and share it with staff at Sirius Power PC, LLC!
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return, This includes the checking of all S/N, and trying to mimic the issue with the return, If Sirius Power PC, LLC is not able to recreate the issue, or if no issue is found, Sirius Power PC, LLC will not be required to give a refund or replacement, Instead, we would help the customer with getting a replacement from the manufacture!

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days unless the order is a pre-order or on current backorder.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
