1. Sirius Power PC System Labor Warranty
All custom-built systems include a 3-Year Limited Labor Warranty provided by Sirius Power PC, LLC.
What This Covers
The labor warranty covers defects or failures directly related to:

Manufacturing or workmanship issues attributable to Sirius Power PC

The labor warranty does not cover:

2. Component Manufacturer Warranties
All individual components installed in a Sirius Power PC system retain their original manufacturer warranties.
Warranty length varies by component and manufacturer and may include, but is not limited to:

GPUs: typically 1–3 years

Motherboards: typically 1–3 years

Power Supplies: typically 5–10 years (brand dependent)

Storage (SSD/HDD): typically 3–5 years
Manufacturer Warranty Handling

Final warranty decisions rest solely with the manufacturer
Manufacturer warranties do not override Sirius Power PC’s return, shipping, or chargeback policies.
3. Lifetime Technical Support
Every Sirius Power PC system includes LIFETIME technical support at no additional cost.
Lifetime Support Includes

Remote hardware diagnostics

Upgrade and compatibility advice
Lifetime Support Does Not Include

Free replacement components

Free labor outside the labor warranty period

4. Shipping, Damage & Warranty Interaction
Shipping damage is not considered a warranty issue unless verifiable negligence occurred prior to carrier acceptance.
All shipping-related issues are handled under:

Delivery confirmation and tracking records
Warranty coverage does not bypass or override shipping claim procedures.
5. Exclusions & Misuse
Warranty coverage is void for damage or failure resulting from:

Overclocking beyond factory or approved limits

Liquid damage, spills, or corrosion

Electrical surges, improper power delivery, or inadequate grounding

6. Customer Responsibilities
To remain eligible for warranty service, customers must:

7. Shipping for Warranty Service
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Sirius Power PC for warranty service

Sirius Power PC is not responsible for damage occurring during return shipping

Insured and trackable shipping methods are strongly recommended
If a system was originally shipped in wooden crate armor, the same level of protection must be used for any return shipment.
8. Warranty Claim Process
