All components we select for our PC builds at Sirius Power PC come with extensive manufacturer warranties. This way, we make sure that you are one hundred percent covered for any hardware defects and malfunctions that might come up a couple of months or even years down the line.

Unlike what PC enthusiasts have to go through when a warranty claim comes up, we take care of the entire process for you, which includes contacting the manufacturer, getting the defective component replaced with a new one, and then shipping the build back to you.

  1. Warranty Period:

    • PC Components: We offer a standard warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase for all PC components, including but not limited to CPUs, graphics cards, motherboards, RAM, storage devices, power supplies, and cooling solutions.
    • Pre-Built Systems: Our pre-built systems come with a standard warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase, covering all internal components included in the system.
  2. Warranty Coverage:

    • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
    • We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective component or system covered under warranty.
    • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, modification, or any unauthorized repairs or alterations.
    • Any third-party software, peripherals, or accessories included with your purchase are subject to their respective manufacturers' warranty policies.
  3. Warranty Claim Process:

    • If you encounter any issues with your purchased item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
    • Provide the details of the issue, including the product serial number, purchase date, and a clear description of the problem.
    • Our support team will guide you through the troubleshooting process to determine the appropriate course of action.
    • If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we may request that you ship the item to us for further evaluation and repair.
  4. Exclusions:

    • The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, fire, floods, lightning, power surges, or any other external factors beyond our control.
    • Any damage or data loss resulting from software installation, virus infections, or user error is not covered under warranty.
    • Warranty coverage does not extend to any consequential or incidental damages.
  5. Limitations:

    • Our warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
    • If a replacement component or system is provided under warranty, the remaining warranty coverage will continue from the original purchase date and not from the date of replacement.
