Initially I went with Sirius Power PC because I wanted to give a smaller business a shot at building my dream gaming PC. Once purchased, Devan, who was my contact from Sirius Power PC, was in consistent contact with me letting me know where in the building process my PC was. Once I got my PC, I found out that UPS had dropped my PC in shipment, and Devan helped me figure out what was broken and it seemed that my GPU was the only thing broken. Fortunately, there was a spare GPU to hold me of until we figured out what was wrong with it. It took a few months to figure out that it was the power cable and not the GPU at all, thankfully, it wasn't the GPU. All that to say, Devan was in contact with me every step of the way and I'll never use another PC build business.

DEVON IS A Godsend! He hooked me up on a single mom budget with an amazing set up! Talked with me for hours a few different times and he always got back to me right away even if it was late at night, I didn't expect him to write me or call me back. Being a newly single mom, he was patient and helped me along the way. I would recommend him to anyone that is brand new to computers all the way to experts. You never know who is teaching who when it comes to the journey of life.
