Microsoft has confirmed the full Xbox Game Pass lineup for February 2026, led by Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza. With a mix of AAA blockbusters and new day-one releases, the subscription service is delivering one of its strongest monthly offerings this year.
Ubisoft’s Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is scheduled to launch on Game Pass on February 17. Developed by Massive Entertainment and powered by the Snowdrop engine, the game immerses players in the western frontier of Pandora. As a Na’vi raised by humans, players must reconnect with their heritage, unite various clans, and resist the exploitation efforts of the RDA. The game blends stealth mechanics, tribal weaponry, and high-impact gunplay across a 20-hour main story, with optional exploration extending the experience further.
Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza is already available on Xbox Game Pass as of February 1. The spin-off title takes the Yakuza franchise to Hawaii, following Goro Majima through pirate-themed adventures that include naval combat, treasure hunting, and a wide variety of mini-games. The game supports Xbox Play Anywhere, giving subscribers cross-platform access across Xbox consoles, PC, and Cloud.
Other titles have already joined the service this month. Indika, a narrative-driven first-person adventure, became available on February 2. Final Fantasy II, part of the Pixel Remaster collection, launched on February 3 with enhanced visuals and modern gameplay features. MENACE, a sci-fi turn-based tactics game, arrived on February 5 as a day-one addition.
More games are still to come. High on Life 2, the sequel to the comedic sci-fi shooter, will launch on February 13. Death Howl, an open-world deck-building game, will arrive on consoles on February 19. It has already been available to PC Game Pass subscribers.
Xbox Play Anywhere also received a boost with confirmation that Crimson Desert, an upcoming open-world RPG from Pearl Abyss, will support cross-platform access across Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Cloud. Despite this progress, inconsistencies remain. Some third-party titles still lack Play Anywhere support, highlighting ongoing fragmentation in Microsoft’s ecosystem.
February 2026 reflects a clear effort by Microsoft to strengthen Game Pass with high-quality, varied content. With major releases, narrative depth, and cross-platform compatibility, the lineup offers significant value for subscribers across all tiers.
