Choose Your Custom Build Option

Build Option Price
Parts Purchased From Sirius Power PC $199.99
Customer-Supplied Parts $249.99

Option 1: Parts Purchased From Sirius Power PC — $199.99

Choose this option when the components for your custom PC are being purchased through Sirius Power PC.

Because we’re supplying the hardware, our team can help select compatible components, verify the configuration before assembly, and provide a more streamlined build and warranty experience.

Brand-new components purchased from Sirius Power PC receive their applicable manufacturer warranty coverage, in addition to the 3-Year Sirius Power PC Labor Warranty covering qualifying workmanship and labor.

Unless specifically requested by the customer, components supplied by Sirius Power PC for a custom build are provided as new components.

If you specifically request used, refurbished, open-box, or previously owned hardware, the warranty for those components may differ and will depend on the warranty applicable to that individual part.

Price: $199.99

Option 2: Customer-Supplied Parts — $249.99

Already purchased your components? Choose this option and Sirius Power PC can professionally assemble your system using the hardware you provide.

Customer-supplied builds require additional component inspection, compatibility verification, troubleshooting, and handling of hardware purchased outside Sirius Power PC.

Before assembly, we will review the supplied components for basic compatibility and visible issues. If a component is missing, damaged, defective, incompatible, or DOA, we will contact you before proceeding when the issue prevents completion of the build.

Customer-supplied components do not receive an in-house parts warranty from Sirius Power PC.

Warranty claims for customer-supplied hardware must be handled through the applicable:

  • Component manufacturer
  • Retailer or store where the component was purchased
  • Extended warranty provider
  • Protection plan associated with the component

The customer is responsible for maintaining receipts, serial numbers, purchase records, and any other documentation required for a manufacturer or retailer warranty claim.

The system still receives the 3-Year Sirius Power PC Labor Warranty on qualifying workmanship performed by our technicians.

Price: $249.99

3-Year Labor Warranty

Every qualifying custom PC assembled by Sirius Power PC includes a 3-Year Labor Warranty covering qualifying workmanship and labor performed by Sirius Power PC during the original system build.

The labor warranty is designed to protect you if an issue develops that requires our technicians to diagnose, correct, remove, reinstall, or replace hardware associated with covered work.

Covered Labor May Include

  • Diagnosing hardware-related problems
  • Correcting assembly-related issues
  • Correcting improperly seated or connected components
  • Correcting internal wiring or connection issues
  • Removing defective components
  • Installing qualifying warranty replacement components
  • Correcting cooler installation issues
  • Correcting fan or RGB connections
  • Correcting storage or power connections
  • Reinstalling components when applicable
  • Post-repair testing and system verification

For example, if a covered graphics card fails and the manufacturer provides a warranty replacement, qualifying Sirius Power PC labor to remove the failed graphics card and install the replacement may be covered during the 3-Year Labor Warranty period.

Labor Warranty vs. Parts Warranty

The 3-Year Labor Warranty covers qualifying labor. It does not automatically mean Sirius Power PC is responsible for purchasing a replacement component.

Parts coverage depends on the source of the component.

Parts purchased new from Sirius Power PC:
Receive their applicable manufacturer warranty coverage.

Customer-supplied parts:
Remain covered by the applicable manufacturer, retailer, extended warranty, or protection plan from which the customer obtained the component.

Lifetime Basic Tech Support

Every qualifying custom build also includes Lifetime Basic Tech Support from Sirius Power PC.

Our relationship with you doesn’t end when the computer leaves our shop.

Our technicians can assist with basic questions and troubleshooting throughout the life of your system, including:

  • Startup and boot problems
  • Display troubleshooting
  • Basic hardware troubleshooting
  • General system questions
  • Upgrade compatibility questions
  • RAM upgrades
  • Graphics card upgrades
  • Storage upgrades
  • Cooling upgrades
  • Component installation guidance
  • Basic BIOS questions
  • Identifying possible hardware failures
  • General configuration assistance

Lifetime Basic Tech Support does not automatically include free replacement hardware or repair labor outside the applicable 3-Year Labor Warranty.

Upgrading Your PC Later

One of the benefits of owning a custom PC is being able to upgrade it.

Adding, replacing, or upgrading a component does not automatically void your Sirius Power PC labor warranty.

If you plan to install or replace hardware yourself, we encourage you to contact us first.

Our technicians can provide basic guidance regarding:

  • Component compatibility
  • Installation procedures
  • Component removal
  • Power requirements
  • Power cable connections
  • RAM installation
  • GPU installation
  • Storage installation
  • Cooling changes
  • Other common upgrades

If you make us aware of what you’re trying to change, we’ll do our best to help guide you through the process.

What If I Upgrade Something Myself and Something Goes Wrong?

We’ll still help you.

Making a mistake while upgrading your PC does not mean Sirius Power PC stops supporting you.

If you install or change a component and the system no longer operates correctly, our technicians can help troubleshoot the problem and determine what happened.

However, damage directly caused by an incorrect customer installation, modification, wiring mistake, physical damage, or other customer-performed work is not covered as free repair labor under the 3-Year Labor Warranty.

Examples may include:

  • Bent or damaged CPU/socket pins
  • Broken motherboard connectors
  • Damaged PCIe slots
  • Incorrect power connections
  • Damaged cables or connectors
  • Improper cooler mounting
  • Physical damage to components
  • Damage caused by incorrect wiring
  • Damage to another component during an upgrade

In these situations, Sirius Power PC will still assist you, but additional repair labor, replacement components, shipping, or other costs resulting from the customer-caused damage may be chargeable.

Most importantly, damage to one component does not automatically void the warranty on the entire computer.

Warranty coverage is affected only where the customer’s modification or installation directly caused the issue being repaired.

Customer-Supplied Hardware Warranty

When you provide your own components, Sirius Power PC cannot provide an in-house warranty on hardware we did not sell.

If one of your supplied components fails, the component remains subject to the warranty provided by its original manufacturer, retailer, seller, extended warranty company, or protection plan.

We can still help identify the failed component and provide information that may assist you with the warranty process.

Once a qualifying replacement component is available, applicable installation labor may be covered under your Sirius Power PC 3-Year Labor Warranty.

Defective or DOA Customer-Supplied Components

Customer-supplied hardware can occasionally arrive defective or damaged before we ever begin the build.

If we identify a component that appears to be:

  • Dead on arrival
  • Physically damaged
  • Missing required parts
  • Incompatible with the system
  • Not functioning correctly

we will notify you.

The customer is responsible for obtaining a replacement through the original seller, manufacturer, or warranty provider when the component was not purchased from Sirius Power PC.

Additional troubleshooting or rebuild charges may apply in unusual situations involving multiple defective components, repeated replacement parts, extensive incompatibility problems, or circumstances requiring substantial work beyond the original build service.

What the 3-Year Labor Warranty Does Not Cover

The labor warranty does not provide free repair labor for problems caused by circumstances outside Sirius Power PC’s workmanship.

Examples include:

  • Accidental damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Fire damage
  • Electrical surges
  • Lightning damage
  • Physical damage
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Improper transportation
  • Malware
  • Software-related problems
  • Operating-system corruption
  • Unauthorized third-party repair work
  • Customer-caused hardware damage
  • Damage caused by improperly installed upgrades or modifications

These situations do not automatically void the entire warranty. Coverage is evaluated according to the specific cause of the problem.

Which Option Do I Choose?

Choose Parts Purchased From Sirius Power PC — $199.99 if:

You’re purchasing the components for your custom PC directly through Sirius Power PC.

You receive professional assembly, our 3-Year Labor Warranty, Lifetime Basic Tech Support, and applicable manufacturer warranty coverage on qualifying new components purchased from us.

You’ve already purchased some or all of your components elsewhere and want Sirius Power PC to professionally assemble the system.

You still receive professional assembly, qualifying 3-Year Labor Warranty coverage on our workmanship, and Lifetime Basic Tech Support. Warranty coverage for the actual customer-supplied components remains with their original manufacturer or retailer.
